Design and Installation
Starting with the design and project, through to the construction and start-up of an installation, we bring together technical skills from various engineering specialties that allow us to always present the best solutions in terms of cost, performance, energy efficiency and respect for the environment.
An entire project and execution team with many years of accumulated knowledge and experience contributes to this.
From a small installation of just a few kW of power, to installations of hundreds or thousands of kW, including the use of refrigerant gases based on FREON, CO2 or NH3, CHILLTEK is capable of designing, planning and installing any installation anywhere in the world with the best time and cost ratios.
COLD ROOMS
More than 2,860 cold rooms have been built, giving us the comfort and know-how to deal with a multitude of situations characteristic of the different sectors of activity, whether in specialized food retail, industry or the agri-food sector.
From small modular chambers, through chambers built with continuous isothermal panels and ending with self-supporting cold chambers, there is a whole range of situations in which we are able to respond with the best technical solutions.
WAREHOUSES & LOGISTICS DEPOSITS
We have the skills to design and build warehouses and logistics centers. From preliminary implementation studies, through all the necessary construction projects and ending with the refrigeration installation, we are able to offer the best integrated solutions.
SUPERMARKETS
Turnkey projects for this type of unit. From the architecture to the choice of shelving or checkout type, including the cold chain, we have over 25 years of experience, focused on the people who make up this department at CHILLTEK.
It is a whole set of knowledge and experience, gained in large multinational Hyper and Supermarket chains.
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
Refrigeration processes are present in a wide range of business activities, from the agri-food industry to the manufacturing of molds or other industrial components, as well as the slaughter and meat processing, fishing and beverage sectors.
At CHILLTEK, we bring together knowledge and experience accumulated over several decades of installations and services in the most varied industries, in the design, project and installation of systems using traditional ammonia (NH3) and more recently with the use of CO2 in subcritical and transcritical systems.
Depending on the installation/production or transformation process, in all of them, CHILLTEK engineering seeks the best technical and state-of-the-art solutions, which allow not only to minimize the total investment cost, but also the operating and energy costs, without disregarding the maintenance and environmental impact costs.
AVAC & AQS
We have proven technical expertise in the design, installation and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and domestic hot water (DHW) systems, either fully integrated or not with existing refrigeration systems, for a wide range of spaces: hypermarkets and supermarkets, office and service buildings, hospitals, hotels, industry and housing. The systems we design comply with the strictest international standards, enabling energy efficiency to be optimised whilst also respecting the highest environmental quality standards, making the best use of the resources used.
WHITE ROOMS
Design, conception and construction of so-called white rooms (controlled environment rooms – ISO 14644-1-1999 Standard) for hospitals and similar establishments, as well as for the pharmaceutical, food and agri-food industries.
